I created this coaching program to be able to give you a personalised service without the cost of a 1-2-1 PT session. You get 3 in house coaching sessions per week that are all progression based workouts over 4 week training blocks. Tracking weights, reps and sets making sure you improve each week and get results. The 3 sessions are programmed to give you a realistic approach to training and factor in your active rest days. All exercises have regressions and progressions so you can be a part of the team whatever fitness level you're at. I can also adjust any of the exercises for you taking into consideration any injuries you may have. I will teach you how to train effectively and efficiently but still getting the buzz of a group environment. The groups are small, female only, still allowing for that personal service from a trainer. You get personal monthly catch ups, nutrition packages, mindset and wellness guidance, access to our private messenger group and so much more.

This is for you if you are local but unable to commit to any of our group coaching session times - just want to train together with a friend - or prefer to train by yourself. You will have access to our facilities and our coaching program sessions through our app, all with videos for each exercise giving you 2 strength sessions per week that are all progression based workouts over 6 week training blocks. Tracking weights, reps and sets making sure you improve each week and get results The 3 sessions are programmed to give you a realistic approach to training and factor in your active rest days. Or you can add your own sessions or extra sessions in if you wish. You will have access to our amazing training facilities during set hours. You can also book an appointment with one of our trainers to help take you through the workouts ensuring correct form and understanding of the program. *this will be an additional cost to your membership* You will be given access to our private Facebook group for extra nutrition training advice and guidance.

This is for you if you prefer to train out of the comfort of your own home and you have some equipment available to you. You wont need a full gym set up but a variety of dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands will be required. You will be given access to a variety of 20-30 minute workouts both live and pre recorded all run through our private Community facebook page. Allowing you to fit any workout around your current schedule. Guidance with tracking weights, reps and sets making sure you improve each week and get results. These will be full sessions, for you to follow along at home, taking you through correct technique and any regressions of the exercise to cater to different levels of fitness. I will teach you how to train effectively and efficiently, you will have access to all our nutrition packages, mindset and wellness guidance, all run through our private Facebook group and so much more to help keep you on track with your goals.

This is for you if you are local but unable to commit to our coaching program days and times and just want to get in and out! I have created our express sessions. These are 30 minute sessions run by one of our amazing trainers consisting of Yoga, HIIT, Boxfit and bootcamp style workouts. These are not tracked progression based workouts, but more self driven progress and will just allow a little more flexibility in your training. These will still be small groups but booking of your sessions through our app is essential to secure your spot. *Please note with this membership you will NOT receive progress tracking, monthly check-ins, recording of sessions, nutrition, wellness guidance access to out of session support or access to our Facebook page.
