Zoe's knowledge, class sizes are great, and the variation through the week.
Consistent changes to my eating habits and I never binge now! Always look forward to training instead of slugging my guts out.
I loved that the group was intimate and felt like a really supportive space. I loved the atmosphere that was encouraged by both Zoe and the other ladies. You were always being encouraged to push that little bit further.
